REHAB COMPLETE

THE PENNSYLVANIA HOUSE

The Street Road property was our first single family home purchase in Bucks County, PA. We saw an opportunity to add a property with immediate equity. The rehab on this property has been completed giving it the updated finishes Your Real Capital adds to all of our homes. The Street Road property is a great addition to our portfolio.

RECENTLY SOLD

THE FIRST HOUSE

4780 73rd street was our first single family home purchase. We completed the majority of the repairs required before shifting our focus to a new tropical market in Hawaii. During the time that we repaired 73rd street, we conducted thorough aesthetic remodeling, to include new flooring, re-painting, and exterior landscaping.

CURRENTLY RENTED

THE DUPLEX

By spring of 2017, we had refinanced our second investment property and sold our first single family. From these transactions, we raised enough cash to purchase another property. We wanted to change our strategy towards working with multi-family properties since we that these properties could potentially yield a better return on investment.

We buy underperforming assets in any condition (foreclosure, disrepair, and distressed), and have purchased real estate in multiple markets across the United States (CA, HI, PA, VA). Once we have purchased an undervalued asset in a quality market, we will infuse capital to get it re-performing then either hold or sell it for a profit. We will determine which plan works best based on property and location. No matter the condition we will work to find options to get the property re-performing. We are not a real estate agency.
